COVID-19 Update (3/16/20)

Dear Valued Customer,

At Toddy Gear, the health and safety of our employees is a top priority. As we continue to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we want to take this opportunity to share with you any updates and actions we are taking in response to this evolving situation.

Toddy Gears’ office staff are all equipped to work remotely. All means of internal and external communication, both by phone and electronically are all set up to provide a seamless experience for our customers regardless of the location of our employees. Recently, we advised all office employees to work remotely moving forward until such a time where we are able to safely return to the office. In addition to this, we have canceled all non-essential air travel until further notice.

Currently, our factory is producing orders at its regular pace. We have put in place procedures that minimize the risk of our employees from contracting COVID-19. This includes making sure that all work stations are a minimum of 6 feet in distance from each other, minimalizing physical contact in all cases, and closely monitoring the health and well being of our staff. In addition, we have provided supplies to ensure the consistent cleaning of all work stations and have scheduled time to clean all surface areas regularly.
