Q. Who designs the box?
A. Whatever you need! We have designers standing by for your/your customers' direction, or we can be creative and pull brand elements from the clients' website to create an on-brand professional packaging design that delivers a great presentation. Sometimes brands are particular and love to design their artwork. Download the packaging template and pass it along to the customer, and when done, get it back to us, and we will create a beautiful life-like(3D) image.
Q. Will I see proof of my order?
A. Yes, we deliver flat proofs for the outside and inside decoration where applicable. All proofs require approval before an order is moved to production.
Q. How do I know my artwork will print well?
A. Our amazing design team will review the artwork at the proof stage. If there are any issues, we will let you know. As long as the artwork meets the basic requirement, there should not be any problems printing the artwork.
Q. Do you provide 3D images of the box with artwork?
A. Yes, we provide a 3-dimensional image for the outside of the box.
Q. What options affect the pricing?
A. The packaging offering has a few options that would affect the price. For instance, if boxes need to be shipped flat, you are good to go with the listed price. However, if the boxes need to be assembled, there is an additional fee. If kitting will also affect pricing. Q. How long will it take to get my order?
A. Standard production time for packaging is 15 days after art approval, plus shipping time.
