FREE shipping applies ONLY to ground service. Expedited shipping is excluded. Toddy Gear is NOT liable for delays in transit.

Toddy Gear will not be held responsible for the incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. In cases where the package cannot be recovered due to delivery to the wrong address provided by the customer, it will be the customer's responsibility to retrieve the package.
