Regional Sales Manager
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing complete Toddy Gear relationships with distributor accounts in a geographic area and grows sales within said accounts utilizing spot buy opportunities and program placement.
Responsibilities:
- Travel within sales territory to meet new and existing customers.
- Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily.
- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts within CRM.
- Educate customers on how Toddy Gear products and its services can benefit them financially and professionally.
- Works with marketing to plan and create programs and support materials to drive sales within their territory. This could include flyers, promotions, incentive programs, and events.
- Sell the company’s products and its services to customers within the given territory.
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand the customer’s specific needs.
- Work closely with the marketing department and management to help build the Toddy Gear brand.
- Manages administrative aspects of the job to include weekly reporting and 30-day calendar advance management.
- Manages and maintains Toddy Gear's presence within their accounts.
- Work to obtain company supplied sales goals from management.

Required Experience:
- College degree preferred
- One year as an Outside Sales Manager or equivalent experience preferred
- Consistently exhibits ability to drive and achieve sales goals
- Exceptional administrative skills
